Smith Horse Needing TLC Restoration

This  rocking horse, as you can see he is missing his tail and main hair.  His paintwork is in pretty good nick for someone of that age.  He has a few dart pricks on his rump (courtesy of a little boy).
A bit of TLC would put things rights.
