Palomino Rocking Horse fibreglass turned head on wooden original stand 48in

 Stunning Palomino fibreglass horse on wooden original stand. Tremendous presence, eye catching rocking horse. Great character, friendly temperament. 

Bought as being from around 1950's from well known rocking horse expert and is of an unknown fibreglass maker, likely a prototype. His body with head turned sideways (not straight to the stand) and stunning carved neck appearance is more like a copy of a rare Leach, Lines or even Ayres.

He is definitely unusual and unique. He does not conform to any of the known fibreglass makers eg not Haddons, not Honeycombe etc so likely a one off.

He has the deep golden palomino with real pure white mane, tail and forelock of everyones dreams.

With real horse hair and either a removeable Western saddle to match his Hackamore bridle or removeable English saddle to go with him, he can take a good size/weight and is not a tiny horse. 

Not huge, he measures 48inches/122cm from floor to highest point of his neck, his still original stand measures 66inches on the longest plank .

He rocks high if you want him to and will last for even the taller child! 

He is currently happily and lovingly stabled near Cirencester, Gloucestershire in the UK. He could of course be a she!!
